Board Certifications

In many cases, the doctors and surgeons we prefer are American educated with board certifications. In other cases, the United Kingdom provided the education and issued the board certifications. In the case of British surgeons, the Royal College of Surgeons grants certification, just as advanced and Western thinking as the US and other First World countries. There’s also the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. The best super-specialty surgeons developing in the British Medical system are Consultant surgeons. They practice independently and may have their skills available at a number of private hospitals. In Australia, the British Isles, and New Zealand they are referred to as “Mister,” if they are male.  Women are referred to as "Miss."
